“A heartwarming story to snuggle by the fire with!”
Monty and Molly magpie settle beside the sea to build a nest, and with it a family. What they didn’t expect is to have a hatchling like Marty, an excitable young magpie eager to take flight.
Try as they might, Monty and Molly can’t keep Marty from testing out his wings. On one fine day, he takes a leap of faith, embarking on his first flight—alone.
Gliding over the sea far away from shore, Marty wonders: can he find his way back before the tide returns and his little wings tire?
